Three steps
From browsing to bidding
The whole journey, without an account and without queuing at the site office.
- 1
Choose your shops
Filter by floor, category, block and size. Press “Bid on this shop” on each unit you want — up to 10 in one booking.
- 2
Pay one bill
Give your name, CNIC and mobile. You get a single 1Bill voucher — PKR 5,000 registration plus PKR 1,000 for each shop — payable in any bank app or at a counter.
- 3
Bid at the auction
Bring the same CNIC on auction day. You are checked in at the door, the Auction Committee runs the bidding in the hall, and the winning shop is recorded on the spot.
A public tender, run in the open
Everything recorded, nothing decided behind a door
One bill, no counters
Registration and bidding fees on a single 1Bill voucher, payable from any bank app.
The auction stays in the hall
The Auction Committee runs the bidding in person. The system supports it; it never decides.
A tamper‑evident record
Every booking, payment and allotment is time-stamped, attributable and chained against alteration.
Your CNIC, checked once
Identity is confirmed at the door against the card you bring — not by uploading documents to a website.
Where it stands
Two blocks, eight towers
The development is built as two blocks, each a ring of four towers around a planted courtyard. Pick a block to start.
The building
Eight towers, two blocks, one address
Every plate below is at one scale. Tower A covers 180 × 186 feet and holds 229 units; Tower G covers 108 × 74 and holds 32, so it is drawn about a quarter the area — because it is.
What you are bidding on
Every size, drawn to scale
Every unit is priced by the square foot, so the rate is the same whichever you choose and the price follows the floor area. These are the real footprints.
Auction day
The hall, and how the day runs
Bidding closes online, then the Authority sells the shops in an open auction. You come to the hall with your CNIC, collect your token at the door, and bid in the room when your shop is called.
Check in at the door
Staff verify your CNIC against the bidder list and hand you a numbered token. That number is how the auctioneer recognises you.
Lots are called in order
The committee opens each shop at its reserve, or at the highest offer already made for it, and the room bids up from there.
The result is recorded there and then
A shop either sells to the highest bidder in the room or is passed in with the reason noted. Either way it is on the record before the next lot is called.
The building
The QDA Business Center, as it will stand
The Authority’s own renders of the completed development — two blocks of four towers around planted courtyards, on the Airport Road frontage.

A walkable 3D model is still being prepared. The interactive floor plans already show every unit in place, colour-coded by status.
The sale is open. Choose your unit in the QDA Business Center.
