Bid on this shop
Step 1. Choose a shopOpen the catalogue and press “Bid on this shop”. Two choices appear at once: pay now, or carry on choosing.
Figures shown are the fees in force: PKR 5,000 to register, plus PKR 1,000 for each shop. The screens are drawings of the portal, not a recording, so they stay correct as it changes.
A recorded guide can sit here
Put the file at public/guide/how-bidding-works.mp4 (and, if you have one, a still frame at public/guide/how-bidding-works.jpg). It appears here on the next page load — no code change needed. The walkthrough above stays either way: it needs no download and reads correctly on a slow connection.
Step by step
What you do, and what you get back
Find the shops you want
Filter by floor, category, block or size. Each card shows the unit number, where it is, how large it is, and how many people have already booked to bid on it. Press “Bid on this shop” on every unit you want — up to 10 in one booking.

The bar along the bottom keeps the running total: PKR 5,000 to register, once, plus PKR 1,000 for each shop. Choosing a shop gives you two choices immediately — proceed with payment, or carry on selecting.

Bid at the auction
Arrive with your CNIC. The site office finds your booking, checks you in and gives you a numbered token. The Auction Committee then runs the bidding for each shop in the hall, out loud, in front of everyone who booked it.

Questions people ask
Do I need an account?
No. Choose your shops, give your name, CNIC and mobile, and pay. The Authority checks identity at the auction hall against the card you bring, which is a stronger check than a scan uploaded to a website.
Can I bid on more than one shop?
Yes — up to 10 shops on one booking, each carrying its own bidding fee. You may bid for all of them on the day, and you may win more than one.
What if somebody else books the same shop?
That is expected. Several people booking one shop is what makes it an auction; you all bid for it in the hall, and the highest bid on the day wins.
What happens if I do not pay the voucher?
Nothing is held. The voucher lapses after 72 hours and your shops stay open to everyone else. You can make a new booking while the sale is still open.
Can I get my fee back if I do not attend?
No. The fee is for the right to bid, and it is not refundable — so book the shops you intend to turn up for.
What do I bring on the day?
The CNIC you booked with. Your booking reference or the SMS is useful but not necessary — the site office can find you by name or CNIC.
Is the bidding online?
No. The Auction Committee runs the auction in person, in the hall. The portal prepares the bidder list, checks people in and records what the committee decides.
Ready to choose your unit?
The catalogue is open to everyone. You only give your details when you are ready to pay.
